ok_yes_icon Can I return an item?

If you bought a product online, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without a justification. The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original condition and cannot show any signs of wear.

If the goods you have received do not correspond to the quality, description of the goods, or something is missing in the shipment, please contact our customer support immediately after discovering it (within 14 days of receipt at the latest). Later complaints will not be taken into account.

To return the item please fill out the exchange/return form, insert it directly into the shoe box and send it to the following address:

The details on the shipment must include the name and address of the sender to which the order was created

Please note that goods shipped to any EU member state must also be returned from EU member state. Due to customs clearance procedure, we do not accept returns from non-EU countries in case the goods were originally purchased within the EU. For example: if your order is shipped to Germany (EU-country), you cannot return it from Norway (non-EU country).

If you are returning a parcel from outside the EU, for customs reasons it is necessary to mark the parcel with the name under which the goods were ordered! If the shipment and the necessary documents are not marked with the sender's name (from the order), we may return the shipment to the sender or be charged for opening the shipment through customs.

ok_yes_icon Do I have to pay for the delivery cost to return an item?

To maintain favourable prices for our customers, we do not absorb return shipping costs in our retail prices, therefore we are not able to offer free international shipping for returns. 

Any shipping charges that may incur when sending the items back to us are on your/customer responsibility.


ok_yes_icon  Can I exchange my products for something else?

YES, we offer exchanges to our customers. You may exchange a size or a colour of our goods. But always only the same type of goods for the same. For example shoes model Kolda 2.0 BLACK for Kolda 2.0 DARK GREY.

In case of an exchange, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the exchanged items to us and we'll cover the shipping back to you.


ok_yes_icon Can goods that have been worn/used be returned?

To return goods, they must be in their original condition. Please make sure you try footwear on indoors only until you are sure about your purchase. 


ok_yes_icon  How long does it take for a returned item to be refunded?

We will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and the returned goods. 

Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email notification that the refund has been initiated. 


ok_yes_icon Are there any items excluded from the Returns & Refund policy?

Due to strict hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
